Monika joined Integrated Capital Management in March 2026 as a Client Service Specialist. She brings extensive experience from the financial industry, having worked in both Germany and the United States. Prior to joining ICM, Monika served as a Team Lead in Operations for high-net-worth clients at Schechter Investment Advisors LLC.
She earned her master’s degree in business administration/finance from J. W. Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany. Outside of work, Monika enjoys traveling, staying active, and spending time with her daughter, Ava.
